Orders
1. How can I place an order?
Sending an inquiry to our sales rep, feel free to tell us what products you need and the quantities for each product. Then our sales rep will send you our price list and the exact quotation with shipping cost immediately, more details about payment method, shipping channels, packaging etc., will also be provided as you required.
2. What’s your minimum order amount limit?
It depends on the Product Category.
3. Is it possible to change ordered products after I have already placed an order?
If the order is already shipped, no. If the order is not shipped yet, you can. Please get in touch with our sales team email. We will help you to change it.
4. Do you offer loyalty discounts for bulk orders?

Payment

1.Which payment methods are acceptable?
We can accept Bank Transfer(Transfer Wise), Money Gram, Western Union, Bitcoin, Let coin and ETH. Cash in mail could only be provided for American clients, but there is a limit.
2.What should I do when I finish payment?
Please send payment info to your sales rep as soon as you finished payment so that they can confirm the payment for you asap, then they will arrange parcels for you.

Shipping and Delivery
1.In what countries you are able to ship?
We ship worldwide. For more specific info, please get in touch with us.
2.How soon I can get the tracking number of my parcel after payment?
The tracking number would be provided within about 3 days after payment being confirmed.
3.Do you ship to PO boxes parcel lockers?
Yes, we can.
4.Is a signature required on arrival?
Not always, please tell our sales rep if you require no signature, our sales rep will inform our shipper to use special shipping method for you.
5.What should I do if my parcel was seizure or lost?
Our sales team will contact you once abnormal situations appear, they will help you to solve the problem. Reshipping policy will be always provided.
6.Can I change my delivery address?
If the order is already shipped, no. If the order is not shipped yet, you can. Please get in touch with our support team via online form or email. We will help you to change it.
7.Do you provide stealth packaging?
